No ozone
Airpura strictly uses non-ozone generating UV lamps. When the UV lamps irradiate the TiO2, hydroxyl radicals and super-oxide ions, are produced that oxidize Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and at the same time kill and decompose bio-aerosols.
