Machine doesn't work to clean even 50% of air in a tiny 20sqm room and they refused refund nor replacement 14 days after receipt. Awful rude negligent customer service, all they want is your money then you can say goodbye if anything goes wrong. The truth is it's a complete scam. Get a CR box or carbon DIY box instead, <25% of the price.

Also when left on a low to medium setting throughout the day, I come back to a fresh smelling room instead of lingering odors. This air purifier is a beast at getting rid of unwanted smells in the air. I use it for a dedicated room for cannabis use and the smell no longer permeates throughout the house. Also when left running at a low speed, the smell eventually goes away completely. The 25lb of active carbon really does the trick along with the prefilters for smokers.
