Items purchased from distributer

If you have purchased a purifier from an authorized Airpura distribut or, please contact that distributor directly to learn more about their refund policy and procedure. All refunds must go thorough that distributor.

 

Items purchased at Airpura

Airpura will refund a customer within 30 days from date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  Item must be undamaged, clean, and in saleable condition with all original packaging (box & protective foam pieces) , and manuals . Product must not have been used during renovations, to filter chemical gases, or to filter second hand smoke. Returns that do not satisfy these conditions will be refused and returned to sender

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable . It is advisable to insure your package prior to shipping as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Restocking fees will apply to regularly priced merchandise. All items will be subject to an inspection and applicable restocking fees will apply.

Items bought on sale have a 40% restocking fee.

Replacement filters, UV lights and pre-filters are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return, please send an email to: sales@airpura.com indicating your name, serial number and reason for return. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and it must be clearly indicated on packaging.
