This air purifier is an absolute beast at removing smells and air particulates out of the air. I use it in a dedicated room for cannabis use and it has kept the smell from permeating throughout the whole house. Also when left on a low to medium setting throughout the day, I come back to a fresh smelling room instead of lingering odors. So I am very pleased with this purchase and am considering one for another room.

I moved to a new place about 2 miles from a bad refinery. I purchased this unit because I was concerned with VOC's and I also wanted something that had a good HEPA filter because I have allergies. It seems to work well for the VOCS as far as I can tell. Not sure if it works as well for dust and pollen. I like that is very quiet and can run it in my bedroom overnight while I sleep and the noise never bothers me. My biggest issues are that it is quite heavy about 23 lbs and difficult to move from room-to-room and I also think the filter change looks quite difficult. My old filter had a very simple filter change.

I purchased the V414 over four months ago specifically for wildfire smoke. This summer when the smoke came you could not smell it in my home. Outside there was a thick haze of smoke inside none. I keep mine in my bedroom and at night turn up on high and the sound does not bother me. At first I thought it wasn’t pushing much air through but it does work wonderfully. I am glad I purchased this model.
