What can I say. My neighbor ( = David Pascale = 5-star review from 7/10/2024) showed us his 2 R414 units, giving us an "in-person" demonstration. We were so impressed with his Air Purifiers that we promptly ordered our R400 unit. The device is compact — easy-to-set-up — and "hums" quietly on low speed. R414 for Residential Use
I purchased two of these units following a recent mold assessment which found an issue in our air handler in the garage. I purchased two R414 units - one for the family room and the second for our master bedroom to ensure the air in our home is as pure as it can be following the remediation effort. So far I am impressed - the units work well as witnessed by the drop in the PM2.5 and PM10 levels that have dropped on my air quality meter since running both purifiers. The units appear to be commercial grade and come with a great warranty. I would highly recommend the AirPura series of air purifiers for anyone looking for a quality product. Two thumbs up !

We've had the R414 for about eight months now. We use this in the bedroom and it's obvious that the air is significantly cleaner in that room compared to the rest of the house. It's quiet and requires little maintenance. When we had a mouse family move in we used the air purifier to clear the air after they moved out. Worked marvelously! Well worth the money. Our electric bill remains low even with this running 24/7. Love that the filters don't need to be replaced very often. Highly recommend this unit.
This is very quiet and cleans the air very well. You hardly notice it is running when it is on low. I like that it has a good amount of carbon and the filters can all be changed separately so you only change what you need to change.

It’s the most important appliance in our apartment; & it runs on medium or low all through the night in our bedroom & gets pulled out into the family room during the day.
