I purchased the V414 over four months ago specifically for wildfire smoke. This summer when the smoke came you could not smell it in my home. Outside there was a thick haze of smoke inside none. I keep mine in my bedroom and at night turn up on high and the sound does not bother me. At first I thought it wasn’t pushing much air through but it does work wonderfully. I am glad I purchased this model.

Great Bedroom Air Purifier for Smoke
I have had this unit for a couple of weeks now and it has excited my expectations!
I did a lot of research and bought this unit because it-
-Filters wildfire smoke well.
-Has 8 lbs Activated & Enhanced Carbon (good for fine smoke and VOC's).
-Powerful yet quiet fan.
-Small size.
I'm looking to buy the 700 series for downstairs in the near future since I like this unit so much!

Small and Sturdy
This unit is actually smaller than I thought it would be and it is really well put together and sturdy. I don't see any visible dust floating in the air when I have it on, like I normally do.

I searched and searched and found this unit to be the best air purifier on the market and ordered it. It's built very heavy duty. The filters last a long time. I purchased an oversized unit on purpose so I can run it on medium to get the same cfms but even on high it's really not that loud and there's no fan rattling. I really love how the filters are before the fan so dust doesn't build up on the fan blades and cause them to become unbalanced after a while. Also love how there is no smart mess. Just a knob to adjust the variable speed motor. Just a solid and well built unit. Very satisfied.

Great for old home and wildfires.
Used this since i have asthma and we live in an old home with dust and occasional renovations and its been great! Also helped when we were getting smoke from canadian wildfires which were severely triggering my asthma but didnt notice at all with the filter.

This air purifier is an absolute beast at removing smells and air particulates out of the air. I use it in a dedicated room for cannabis use and it has kept the smell from permeating throughout the whole house. Also when left on a low to medium setting throughout the day, I come back to a fresh smelling room instead of lingering odors. So I am very pleased with this purchase and am considering one for another room.

Machine doesn't work to clean even 50% of air in a tiny 20sqm room and they refused refund nor replacement 14 days after receipt. Awful rude negligent customer service, all they want is your money then you can say goodbye if anything goes wrong. The truth is it's a complete scam. Get a CR box or carbon DIY box instead, <25% of the price.
