If you have purchased a purifier from an authorized Airpura distributor, please contact that distributor directly to learn more about the refund policy and procedure. All refunds must go through that distributor.
ITEMS PURCHASED DIRECTLY WITH AIRPURA
The Customer has 30 days to return the unit from date of reception. Airpura will issue a refund upon 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product excluding shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that item was received. Items must be undamaged, clean and in sellable condition with all original packaging (box & protective foam pieces) and manuals. Products must not have been used during renovations, to filter heavy chemical concentration problems or to filter second hand smoke. Returns that do not satisfy these conditions will be refused and returned to the sender.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase & serial number and a return authorization number must be requested and it must be noted on shipping box.
You will be responsible for paying for you own shipping costs for returning you item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is advisable to insure your package prior to shipping as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
A restocking fee of 25% will apply to the returned merchandise. All items will be subject to an inspection.
To avoid restocking fees the customer must initiate return procedure within 10 days of receiving item to return the unit without damages (blemishes, scratches and dents) and must be in its original packaging untampered, with all items originally included by Airpura.
Replacement filters, UV lights and pre-filters are not eligible for returns.
To initiate a return, please send an email to email@example.com indicating your name, serial number and reason for return. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and it must be clearly indicated on packaging.
